Tax Credit Program

The Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program provides tax incentives to owners of affordable housing, in this case CCHA. Tenants at Beaver Heights Townhomes are available to families earning 60 percent or less of the area median income (AMI). The AMI is a number used by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and CCHA to determine the halfway point between highest and lowest rents in the area.

To see if you qualify based on your income and family size, call (814) 355-6750 and dial extension 200.
