Centre County Housing Authority owns and operates Lee Garden Apartments, a fair-market rental property. Rents at this community are not subsidized and the proceeds help support the other programs run by CCHA.
Lee Gardens Apartments

This community consists of 13 two-bedroom apartments and 2 three-bedroom apartments. It is located beside Crestside Terrace and includes free parking, access to public transportation and full-time maintenance service.
